Kognito invites you to meet Kevin Hines and hear his remarkable story of triumph over adversity and his journey forward from suicide survivor to becoming a national suicide prevention and mental health advocate, reaching audiences with his story of an unlikely survival and strong will to live.

Kevin will discuss some of his personal best practices for wellness through his successful 'Art of Wellness' toolkit. Participants will learn how normalizing the conversation with educators and students from K-12-Higher Ed is a huge step in the right direction to eradicate the stigma of mental illness and educate our next generation about the power and the value of their brain health.
