Time: 9:30 -10:30 am (followed by regularly scheduled SPCC Coalition Meeting 10:30-11:30am, also open to all interested in SPCC)
Discussion: Kindfulness is a daily practice, the included volunteerism, intentional acts of kindness, and gratitude that brings awareness to the positive mental state brought about by serving others.

Justin Kruger unexpectedly found the mental health benefits of volunteering and doing good for those around you during a time of need in his life and has made it his mission to share this important message with others.
